I agree 100% that acknowledgment and apology could be enormously helpful. But, as you say, too many men see it as collective punishment. We're definitely in the rage stage when it comes to gender relations. What I'm currently struggling with is how to listen to, acknowledge, and empathize with women who've been treated horribly by men while allowing for a space where the men who are redeemed and respectful can be accepted. It's the not-all-men conundrum. Thanks so much, Cautious.
