I agree traditional masculine and feminine roles are largely changing. I see men and women ending up in more of a partnership along the lines of how corporations are structured with roles spelled out in writing with consequences for those roles not being followed. Romantic? Not even a little. Necessary in these days of gender role anger and confusion? Definitely. I agree men are having more difficulty and trouble in general than women with these new realities.
