Nothing's wrong with it all all. Although there have been some cases where the women and/or man have claimed they were drunk or not in their right mind when they signed the agreement and that therefore they werent able to consent. It's also a little difficult and creepy to spell out which specific sexual acts are being agreed upon. That said, anything that reinforces consent is valuable.
