No birthright, no FEMA, no trans…shameful, hypocritical, ring-kissing….yet, we’re transfixed, mesmerized, and hypnotized by a man so entertaining, so bold, so Machiavellian, he’s captured the world
Who’s going to lead a political resistance against Trump?
He has successfully bullied and intimidated world leaders and everyday Americans alike.
Name one foreign leader going toe-to-toe against Trump on his threatened tariffs…and how hilarious was Trump at Davos telling Europeans he’s going to bleed them dry while enriching Americans?
Even as I’m writing this piece, I’m measuring my words.
Why?
Doesn’t the First Amendment protect my right to free speech, including brutal, harsh criticism of any president as long as my speech is not overtly threatening?
The problem is one man’s free speech is another man’s yelling fire in a crowded movie theater.
When the most powerful man in the history of the world makes it clear that resistance will not be tolerated….resistance will probably not be tolerated…regardless of the constitution.
Or, better said, who’s gonna risk if he’s bluffing?
