There are plenty of women who, as you say, want a man to be the leader and the head of the household. But many women nowadays don't need a man to take care of them. I do think many women do hold men to an unattainable level of perfection. But that may be because they've been burned so many times in the past. At this point on my life - I'm a bit older at 58, I just want mutual respect and open communication. As a younger man, to be honest, I was looking for a traditional marriage.
