This makes sense. I'm stereotyping, but I can't think of a single man who was initially attracted to a woman's sense of humor or personality....or wealth. It's always her physical appearance first. Men also have a strange ability to deceive themselves about how they look. When a man has a big nose or is bald, or fat, and looks into a mirror, they don't perceive those imperfections....they see themselves as attractive and good-looking. It's a strange form of self-delusion. Many attractive women look in the mirror and every tiny imperfection gets magnified and they genuinely think they're ugly. Not to get too "out there," but maybe it has to do with how men and women are sexually aroused...physiologically. Who knows? I greatly appreciate the engagement.
