Your Scamdinavian example makes me wonder how much of the American sexual liberation double standard is nature and how much is nurture. It's probably a little of both. There's likely a genetic component, whereas perhaps women are more predisposed to emotional attachment than men in terms of innate brain chemistry. And society still shames and labels women as whore while celebrating male promiscuity. Someday we'll figure it all out. Thanks, Lisa.
